Dura-Cap® Flooring

Dura-Cap® Flooring Maxxon Green Mark
Ideal for smoothing concrete slabs or precast planks in new or renovation projects. Covers old floor coverings, including vinyl asbestos tile. It can be poured from 3 inches deep to a featheredge. Compressive strengths up to 4,000 psi (27.6 MPa). Dura-Cap is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Commercial Topping®

Commercial Topping® Maxxon Green Mark
Poured from a featheredge to 3", in new construction or renovation projects. Achieves compressive strengths of 4000 to 4500 psi and pours over VAT, VCT, terrazzo or ceramic, with no shotblasting required. Commercial Topping is always a "green" building material and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.

Level-Right®

Level-Right® Maxxon Green Mark
A specially formulated, high-strength, cementitious underlayment that can handle any floor leveling challenge - without shotblasting or scarifying. With compressive strengths up to 5,500 psi (38 MPa), it is the perfect solution for problem floors in large projects or for small repair jobs. Ideal for thin or thick topping applications over concrete. Levels, smooths and repairs, all with superior speed and a high-strength set. Ideal for thin-topping, 0 - 3/8" (0-10 mm) applications over concrete. Provides a smooth, level new surface that dries fast to keep your job on schedule, and to allow for placement of floor goods soon after application. Attains up to 7200 psi (50 MPa). Level-Right FS-10 contains recycled content.

Level-Right® FeatherEdge Maxxon Green Mark
Level-Right® FeatherEdge is a specially formulated, fast setting, polymer-modified portland cement based patching compound. Mixed with water, it is used for patching over all gypsum underlayments, wood and concrete subfloors. It can be used as an embossing leveler over vinyl, VCT, cement, terrazzo and old adhesives.

Level-Right® LDF is a revolutionary, lightweight product made from Portland cement and a proprietary expanded polystyrene foam aggregate. The aerated foam aggregate gives the cement a range of unique properties, making it perfect for deep fill applications. Level-Right LDF is ready–mixed cement designed to be capped with a Maxxon Underlayment. Level-RightLDF is mixed and pumped on-site with Maxxon Underlayment pumps making installation quick and easy.

Acousti-Mat® I Maxxon Green Mark
The new economical solution for both new floors and retrofit where floor height is a concern.  Acousti-Mat I maintains a low 3/16” (5 mm) profile and requires only a ¾” Maxxon underlayment pour depth, while increasing STC up to 12 points when compared to a bare wood frame system.  Acousti-Mat I is always a “green” building material with 40% pre-consumer recycled content and is GREENGUARD Gold Certified.
